Teri Atkins Brown Teri Atkins Brown, has won over 130 awards/honors. She has shown her work in over 250 juried artshows. She is inspired by the waters of the Smokies and the Rockies and rhythmic abstract forms in nature. Her paintings have been featured in solo and group exhibitions at galleries in Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas, New York and Colorado. She is past president of the Colorado Springs Art Guild. She teaches art and paints geometric abstracts oils for galleries, and photographs landscapes. Currently she is a certified instructor for Michaels Stores, teaches at Sheppard Art Institute, Co Sp Senior Ctr and maintains a downtown Colorado Springs studio at Cottonwood.
